1. Only one account per household or IP is allowed. Anykind of multiple accounts are not allowed.

2. No Spamming is allowed in forum.

3. Everyone must be respectful towards other users at all times. Failing to do so may lead to the suspension of account.

4. Your login password must be kept private and confidential at all times and should not be shared.

5. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one or more account will lead to the permanent suspension of all accounts involved. This also applies to your payment processor account(s), which must be unique and cannot be shared with another user.

6. Your account needs to have a unique username and email address & Accounts are not transferable.

7. We will not modify user account information upon user request. For security reasons, only users can modify the data in their own accounts directly in their personal settings page.

8. All currency values shown in your account including purchases and withdrawals are in United States dollars (USD).

9. Anti-cheat policy - Any attempt to hack into the system in any way will be logged.

Liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Any major modification of these terms and the reasoning behind it will be previously announced in our Forum, excluding any modifications made due to events out of our control, which will be announced when they occur. A user has the right to close their account should they disagree with any changes to these Terms of Service.
English is the main language of this website. Any other language is translated from that main language and should any doubts arise when using any of those languages, the English version shall prevail.
All disputes arising from these Terms of Service or related to them should be finally settled under the Rules of the "Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto" by one of the arbitrators appointed in accordance with its Regulation. You can always opt for other means of resolution.
